Customer Service Advisor

  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding customer account status and the ability to answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Process customer payments, maintain customer account records, and assist in billing customers’ service and fuel orders.

Representative Requirements:

  • Upbeat positive attitude along with phone skills.
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass a Drug Screening

Compensation:

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour
