Service Coordinator

The Service Writer & Purchasing works directly with the Service, Sales, and Office Manager. The Service Writer regularly communicates with customers, service technicians, suppliers, and vendors, and is a constant daily task, daily. Reporting to upper management and ownership is expected weekly, if not daily, when needed. Works closely with technicians,

  • Deposit and final payments and/or final signature.

  • Schedule jobs
  • Prequalify leads service vs sales
  • Register Equipment
  • Respond to emails and messages left from customers, vendors, suppliers, and other coworkers promptly within 24 business hours.
  • Communicates regularly with the HVAC Service Manager, to ensure jobs are completed during the scheduled time. Also, schedule any follow-up work as necessary.
  • Work directly with the Sales Manager & HVAC Service Manager to schedule sold jobs within 24 hours of receiving a deposit and fully understand the scope of work.
  • Attending informational meetings and training for products sold by the company.

$23.00-$26.00 per hour
