Heating oil tanks typically corrode from the inside out, occasionally wearing excessively thin. Our annual inspection can give advanced warning that a problem may be on the horizon. Benefits include:
Complete Tank Replacement (direct replacement of your basement oil tank 275 or 330 gallon)
(Taylor Energy and Krupa Oil Company accepts no responsibility for clean-up or remediation due to leak of oil whether it is considered property or environmental damage or any other cost of compliance of any environmental laws, rules or regulations.) Tank inspection is required before coverage commences. This plan does not cover exterior oil tanks or tanks that have been previously patched. Tank Protection must be renewed annually to maintain coverage.
*Tank Protection requires inspection of the basement oil tank before coverage is issued.
OIL FIRED WATER HEATER PLAN
Coverage includes burner parts, aquastat, controls, and emergency switch.
An annual tune-up of the burner is included and will be performed in conjunction with the tune-up of your heating system

A: Having a service plan offers peace of mind and helps to save money. A typical heating system is a complicated piece of technology that includes many parts, some costing hundreds of dollars to replace. During the coldest times in the winter, your heating system can run virtually 24 hours a day 7 days a week. With our service plans you can be covered by one of the best and comprehensive service plans in the industry. Depending on the plan you choose, it can either significantly reduce or virtually eliminate the cost of repairing your heating system. All of our plans cover 24-hour Emergency Service.
Q: Are all service plans the same?
A: No, just as all oil companies are not the same. At Taylor Energy and Krupa Oil, keeping you safe and comfortable is our main responsibility. Our service vans are stocked with thousands of dollars of parts so we can fix most problems right on the spot. All services are performed by our highly trained service technicians. We never use subcontractors. Our heating oil has been exclusively blended for us and we add Petro-Guard III to help improve burner performance, and reduce sediment that can cause oil tank corrosion. We also offer Tank protection, a proactive oil tank program to protect you from oil tank leaks. This warranty is included in the VIP Plan. It adds up to more value for you and the peace of mind you get knowing that the job is done right the first time.
Q: How does a Service Plan save me money?
A: Every heating system should be tuned annually. A properly maintained system could use significantly less fuel, save money, lasts longer and breaks down less frequently. It’s also an opportunity for our technicians to find small problems before they become big ones. All of our plans include the cost of a yearly tune-up.
Q: Which plan is right for me?
A: It depends on the level of coverage you are comfortable with. Our Basic Plan covers many parts that most frequently need repair. The VIP Plan includes everything in the Basic Plan plus it covers additional parts that can be extremely costly. We also offer an Oil Fired water Heater Plan and oil Tank Protection coverage (Tank Protection is included in the VIP Plan). If you are not sure which plan is best for you, just call us and we will be happy to assist you
Q: What happens if I don’t have a Service Plan?
A: Labor for service and parts would be billed on a time and material basis. Our regular business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Any heating or hot water services performed outside normal business hours will be billed at overtime rates.
Q: What about my air conditioning?
A; Central air conditioners, just like heating systems, need to be tuned on a regular basis to maintain high efficiency and reduce electric costs. Our technicians are trained on all brands of cooling systems. Give us a call to schedule an annual tune-up and inspection of your unit(s). Contact our service department for rates.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Just fill out the response card and send it back to us. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Checks and Cash.
