Our water heater went on a Friday afternoon. Taylor Energy sent Eric right over. He helped clean up the water in the basement, went to pick up a new water heater, and returned with two other guys. They removed the old and installed the new water heater, all on time for us to get out of the house for our Friday night plans. These are your people in an emergency!

Very nice and polite!

So I woke up to my furnace not working after being serviced just a few days before. I called at 5:30am to report the issue and Ryan was very prompt in responding. We tried some lite troubleshooting over the phone, but when that didn’t work he came right out and got me back on line. Apologized for the inconvenience and didn’t charge since it was a small error on their part. Great experience
