HVAC Technician

Job Description

We’re hiring Licensed HVAC Service Technicians (B, D, S, and G Licenses) who live within 30 miles of Norfolk, CT, because we’re growing! We have a supportive culture where team members teach and challenge each other to become better technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and AC system malfunctions
• Install heating and AC systems
• Perform routine and emergency services
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• Valid CT Journeyman License (B, D, S, or G)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $22.00–$48.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• On-call availability
• Overtime as needed
• Weekends as needed

• Norfolk, CT 06058 (ability to commute required)
• Relocate before starting work (preferred)
